Sunday, 01-02-26

 Evening, everyone.  


Pancakes for breakfast!  I decided to spend some swips on some maple syrup which is so lovely with banana and blueberry.
Unfortunately, I got the mixture too watery so they were a bit floppy,  but still nice.
Two swips for a tbsp.
Some soup for lunch with a cheese and apple roll and I finished off the apple for afters.
One calcium, one fibre and four and a half swips.

I had another nibble of cheese and bread so I'm saying another calcium and three swips for a bit of bread.

I had a small chunk of ham from one of those packs of bacon bits so I baked that in the air fryer and sliced it to have with roasted veg and some green stuff.
SW free and lovely.

Summary:
Healthy extras:  two calciums (calcia?) and one fibre
Swips:  nine and a half


B:  I probably won't have time for much breakfast between circuits and something I am going afterwards so I'll grab an apple, etc.

L:  smoky beans on toast, salad

D:  meat feast tagliatelle

Plus fruit

Exercise:  circuits class
