First weigh in tomorrow after resuming the healthy SW friendly eating again. I admit to feeling a bit nervous, but not nervous enough to hop on my scales beforehand.
What I ate today.
I had planned three meals today but, when I looked at what was in the diary for this morning, I decided to go fruit earlier and then brunch.
Half a fibre choice and part of a healthy fats choice, both for the tattie scones.
Later on I had an apple, a couple of easy peelers and three plums. I do love my fruit!
Dinner was the last of the lasagne and I roasted some carrot and parsnip chips.

Summary:
Heathy extras: one calcium, half a fibre and one healthy fats
Swips: It looks like I didn't have any - accident, not design!
Tomorrow's meal plans:
B: fruit because it is the same as today - no time for a proper breakfast unless I have it really early, which I don't want to do.
L: Alex is over. He will be over for cookery to make what he didn't make last week. This time he wants to take them home for dinner with Beth so I will use up leftovers and make a quick roast dinner. Alex loves a roast and so do I.
D: I think a toastie with salad on the side. It will use two fibres butg
