One pound off this week. Not a huge loss but nice and steady and I am glad.
Apologies for Friday's non-appearance. I wasn't feeling all that well and decided to take a day off from blogging. Back now and feeling much better.

Cheese and chutney toastie for lunch.
One fibre and two swips for the bread, one calcium for the cheese, part of a healthy fats for oil sprayed on the bread (making it all crunchy rather than just toasted)) and one and a half swips for the chutney.

I had a banana for breakfast - didn't fancy anything else.
A healthy fats choice for avocado oil and seeds and three swips for some Philly light.
Potato topped steak pie with vegetables.
Four swips (it said on the container label).
Back to proper normal tomorrow.
