Thursday, 05-03-26

Good evening.   

I used my usual recipe for the waffles, flavoured with garlic and onion granules and some smoked paprika.
I tried to open the waffle maker before the inside had cooked so, of course, the top and bottom separated and it was a bit of a struggle getting it all out eventually - and it was a right mess!  Still tasted great though.

Half a fibre and half a fats/oils.  Swip free.

Dinner.  The potato and the broccoli were leftovers from last night - I couldn't manage more than about half of the potato.
One calcium and three swips for the cheese.
Five swips for the sausages.
One and a half swips for salad cream - I just love salad cream on a jacket potato - don't hate me!
The gravy is swip free.

Afters was some grapes.

Summary:
Healthy extras:  one calcium, half a fibre and half a healthy fats
Nine and a half swips.

Brunch:  Alex is round and we are going to have bacon butties with a side salad.

D:  hm vegetable lasagne, more salad or side veg.

And fruit
