It's been all about the leftovers today!
During the morning I had an apple, a banana and an easy peeler.
Lunch was leftovers of roasted veg couscous with added lamb, olives and Caesar dressing
The olives were part of my fats/oils choice and the dressing was three swips.
Afters was some melon
I'm saying the oil I roasted all the potatoes in yesterday can count as the rest of my oils/fats choice.
The mint sauce was half a swip (I checked).
Afters was an orange.
Summary:
Healthy extras: One fats/oils choice. Ooops!
Three and a half swips.
