I popped into Aldi today and found this . . .
I'm thinking of pasta salad for starters.
Brunch was peanut butter waffles with fruit salad and yogurt. Perfect for a lovely sunny day.
One and a half swips for the peanut butter powder, half a fibre choice and a bit of healthy fats/oils - although I may call it half a swip instead. Peanut butter counts as a healthy choice but not peanut butter powder.
I had already had a banana before Groove and an apple when I got home.
This was a ready meal from Aldi, a Slimwell spiced chicken meatball pasta. It was - just alright, nothing particularly amazing and I won't be getting it again.
Afters was some grapes.
Three swips for the meal and one calcium for the cheese.
Healthy extras - one calcium and half a fibre. Not enough so I made up for the rest with some nibbles of cheese.





I've tried all those GF pasta and I like them a lot. Just keep a very watchful eye as they cook fast and go from ok. To super mush in a blink of an eye!
