Wednesday, 08-04-26

 Hi, everyone.


I mixed some cooked and cooled GF pasta with tuna, sliced onion, cucumber and some super-light mayo and I have to say it was really nice with a salad.  I think cooling it firmed up up a bit because, to my taste, it was perfectly al dente.
I have a portion of the tuna pasta left for tomorrow.
One swip for the mayo and half for some dressing.

I had fruit at off times through the afternoon.

I finally had the pork and veg and it was really nice.  Again, two portions and a third.  I'm not sure how that will freeze but let's give it a go.
I had some strawberries and grapes for afters.

One tbsp evoo was my healthy fats/oils choice.

Summary:
Healthy extras - just one fats/oils choice.  No calcium or fibre - not that my diet is short of fibre anyway.
One and a half swips

L:  I have the tuna pasta to finish off - I might warm it up and see if that works.

D:  the second portion of pork medallions with creamed vegetables and beans.

And fruit.
