The warmed up tuna pasta salad with cheese was really nice and I do like the beetroot and lentil pasta.
Aters was strawberries and melon.
One calcium and half a healthy fats for seeds plus half a swip for salad dressing.
Later on I had an apple.
The warmed up pork with creamed veg and beans was also very nice and very filling. No afters needed.
I realised that I counted one oil choice yesterday but it should have been half or a bit less as it was one for the whole lot.

So this was half an oil choice and the rest was free.
Summary:
Healthy extras - one fats/oils and one calcium, no fibre
Half a swip.
L: really not sure yet.
D: the last SW Kitchen meal, posh steak and chips with mushroom sauce. Perfect for a Friday evening. I have no idea why the steak is posh but I guess I will find out.
And fruit.
