Well, I may have had a maintain at group this morning (bit disappointing but it is what it is) but I won the raffle, coming home with apples, onions, potatoes and spring onions.
One healthy fibre, some of a healthy oil and one swip for some sauce.
Afters was some grapes and later on I had an apple.
The lazy SWK meal and it was mega! They provided SO MUCH steak that I ate a third (and couldn't manage all of it) and used half or less than half amounts for what's on the plate. I'm using the rest tomorrow, see below.

L: I'm having lunch out with my SW golden oldies friends - no walk beforehand! We're going to The Chequers, a community pub in the village where I lived for a couple of years around 40 years ago now. If you're interested, this is the pub's recent history.
D: OK, so I have loads of things left over from the steak and chips so I will make the sauce as per the recipe, cook the tomatoes, etc, but I will add tomatoes to the sauce and I will also add some of the cooked and sliced steak too and mix it with cooked pasta.
The rest of the steak can be my meat component of a 'roast' dinner on Sunday. Waste not, want not!
And fruit!
