I was out for lunch and had a Caesar salad. It was lovely but I have no idea of swips, etc. However, that's all I had with some sparkling water; I didn't want dessert.
The photo is dinner - yesterday's recipe but with pasta rather than chips. The purple pasta make it look very murky but it's actually quite delicious and I enjoyed this meal.
Afters was an apple and some melon.
One healthy fats choice.
