I really do love avocado pancake. Two eggs, beaten, add around 60g mashed avocado and some seasoning (I used Just Spices avo topping) and cook as for any pancake. When done, add 30f finely grated cheese on one half and fold the other half over.
I cut it into three wedges and used my fingers!!
One swip for salad cream and half for dressing.
Delicious with salad and coleslaw.

Later on, I had an apple and an orange.
I heated the steak in a gravy I made like this.
I heated some water, white miso paste and vegetable bouillon in a pan and, when it was boiling, I thickened it with some Oxo garden vegetable stock powder and then stirred in a bit of marmite for ooomph.

The gravy was swip free (I checked), the little bit of oil for roasting the parsnips was part of a healthy extra and the horseradish sauce was one and a half swips.

Three swipsL: I want to have a go at making carrot cake waffles or pancakes. It's an eggless, WW2 recipe but I will use my usual recipe plus grated carrot and the right flavourings I need to look up carrot cake flavourings; it's not something I have made for decades.
