Quite a thought, isn't it?

I haven't had a toastie for the longest time and I really enjoyed this.
One calcium (cheese), one fibre (bread), one and a half swips for chutney and one swip for salad dressing.
Afters was an orange and later on I had two small easy peelers.

The second portion of yesterday's curry and rice and some dahl I put together because I felt it was a little short on grains/fibre.
With a dollop of cooling yogurt, it was all delicious!

Part of a fibre choice and three swips for some coconut powder added to the dahl.

I had a pear to finish off the day.

Summary:
Healthy extras - one calcium, one fibre and part of a fats/oil choice.
Five and a half swips

Dinner:  Roast lamb dinner

'Supper':  the frozen portion of roasted veg couscous to which I will add some lamb shreds and I might throw in some feta too.

And fruit
