At SW group this morning I stepped on those scales and, to my delight, I had lost two and a half pounds. It's really motivated me for the coming week.
I won't be ordering another SWK box next week as, what with second and third portions and possibly fourth too, not to mention the Oddbox, I have plenty to keep me going for now.
The avocado omelette was very simple and very nice. 40g of mashed avocado and two eggs, beaten and mixed together. I added some avocado topping from Just Spices. The filling was mushrooms, tomatoes and 30g grated cheddar - got my calcium in today, yay!
Afters was some strawberries.
One fats and oils choice - half for the avocado and half to fry the tomatoes and mushrooms.
Three swips for some oil.
Afters was a pear.
I'm going to have some toast with marmite later on to have my fibre.
Summary:
Healthy extras: one of each
Three swips
Lunch: cheese and chutney toastie and salad
Dinner: another portion of the chicken curry. The third portion will go into the freezer.
And fruit
