So breakfast was swip free.
I loved this! One level tbsp onion chutney, 30g cheddar, sliced and some cold roast beef from yesterday and some tomatoes and beetroot on the side.

The bread was one and a bit fibre choices, the chutney was one and a half swips and the cheese was one calcium.
Dinner doesn't look great - it's a sort of grungy grey/brown sort of colour. However, it tasted amazing.First of all, the home made rye pasta was great. It cooked quickly and had a good flavour. It looks messy because it was the scruffy edgy bits, the bits that wouldn't roll out neatly but I wasn't going to waste them.
The rest was just softened onion, mushroom, chicken, some seasonings, shredded savoy cabbage and two level tbsp of lighter creme fraiche.
I'm calling the pasta free because shop bought is, whether dried or fresh. The creme fraiche was three swips.
And the iced yogurt dessert was half a swip for some kefir.
Summary:
Healthy extras: one calcium and one and a bit fibres
Swips: five
And I will be making some more pasta and using it in a sheet for lasagne because I've not seen wholewheat lasagne in the shops.
B: fruit and yogurt
It was going to be cooked breakfast but I planned that before I realised quite how much disruption the boiler work would cause.
L: blinis with creme fraiche, roast beef and cornichons, salad on the side
From BBC Good Food - https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/blinis-creme-fraiche-roast-beef-cornichons
I have beef from Sunday to use up, blinis in the freezer and it does sound nice. Canapes really but fine for lunch too. I will swip lighter creme fraiche.
D: Indian meatballs in curry sauce, lentils. I have the first two in the freezer and the last in a pouch!
And fruit
Exercise: groove and, maybe, the walk there and back; the weather forecast isn't great so we will see.
