It's still all upsy downsy here so I'm still going for the easier options although today I remembered to soak those chia seeds.
Half a swip for kefir and one and a half for the seeds.
A tasty lunch of hm blinis (one fibre), some mustardy creme fraiche (three swips), cold roast beef and cornichons with some tomatoes.
It all fell apart early evening - my reason, I think, is because I had slept very badly over Monday night, the downstairs was in chaos with Matt the Plumber having taken over the kitchen, it was noisy (copper pipe sawing) and cold (no central heating).
Poor old me (very tongue in cheek!)

Rather more seriously, I suspect that breakfast and lunch were not substantial enough so when everything else hit, I was a bit vulnerable. Anyway, at least the rest of the Christmas cake (which was in the freezer) has now gone! Let's look on the bright side.
This will be tricky. I'm out three times and Matt will still be working in the kitchen.

(I've sort of reversed breakfast and lunch because of my schedule and also because I've got P T earlier so it fits in a lot better)
