Part of a healthy fats choice.
I wasn't hungry come lunch time so I just had some fruit.
A sort of fakeaway for dinner and very delicious it was too.
A sort of fakeaway for dinner and very delicious it was too.
The rest of my healthy oils, one fibre and one calcium, one and a half swips for chutney and one swip for salad cream. Filling!
L: maybe the salad bowl I didn't have today.
D: macaroni cheese

Love the look of your fakeaway! I wouldn’t worry about not weighing or not feeling you’ve had a good week: swings and roundabouts, onwards and upwards, can’t win them all (is that enough cliches for one day?!). I’m still thinking the constant rain and miserable grey skies has an impact on our eating choices. Sending good wishes for the week ahead! Melanie
ReplyDeleteThey may be cliches but there's truth in them. And, totally yes, the ongoing dreariness not only impacts the national mood, it has a big impact on our personal sense of well being.
DeleteThe burger, etc, was really nice and so much better than the chocolate I was sorely tempted to go and buy. And, once I'd had it (dinner), the craving went away anyway.
Good wishes to you too, Melanie. We can both progress towards our goals. xx
