Delicious breakfast of cinnamon pancakes, defrosted fruit and yogurt.

Jazzed up baked beans (baked beans from a can with chopped kimchi, miso paste, Hendersons, tomato puree and added kidney beans.
I spread the toast with Marmite and cooked a couple of the SW sausages. They're not great but I'm not wasting them.
One fibre and there's so little kimchi per portion that it doesn't need to be swipped.
Later on I had an apple and an orange.

pretty much straight although I had yellow pepper, not red and had no fish sauce so added Hendersons and lime juice. Oh - and no basil and spring onions. The method was the same.
One healthy oils for oil, one swip for oyster sauce and I think that's it.
I swill definitely have this again - I have three more duck breasts in the freezer - and use a wider mix of stir fry vegetables. Also I would like to have a go at making noodles.
