A lovely choppy salad with the leftovers from the pork stir fry.
The salad was lovely - I used one of those chopping thingies and diced cucumber, courgette, pepper, carrot, tomatoes and an apple.
Three swips for salad dressing and two oil swips.
I had a couple of nectarines later on.
Chicken curry with mixed grains and broccoli. Really delicious and there's another portion for tomorrow.
