Before Groove, I had a banana and afterwards an apple.
It was quite chilly this morning so a lovely, warming filled omelette for breakfast was very welcome. Two medium eggs, some sliced mushroom, halved tomatoes and shredded turkey plus grated cheddar for my calcium choice. Delicious and so very simple.I was at Beth's for lunch and she had made a delicious vegetable soup. Very enjoyable.
Later in the afternoon I had an apple and an orange
And I had some cheese to nibble.
Summary:
Healthy extras: three calciums
Swips: two and a half
B: fruit, yogurt, chia seeds
L: some tortilla chips made with a wrap (cut into segments) and the air fryer, hm hummus, fingers salad. Might make some crispy kale or roasted chick peas as part of the meal too
D: sweet potato falafels, roasted veg, another portion of couscous
Plus fruit
Exercise: personal training.
