Wednesday, 04-02-26

Good evening, everyone.


Breakfast:  yogurt, kefir and chia seeds topped with blackberries, blueberries, mango and pineapple. 
The kefir was half a swip and the chia seeds were part of my healthy fats.

It kept me full right up to lunch time although I made some spiced crispy chickpeas in the air fryer and they were so more-ish, I scoffed them all before lunch.  SW calls them a 'tweak' - I don't do tweaks and they were all SW free ingredients.

Lunch was a wrap cut in wedges and crisped in the air fryer (one fibre), the hummus was from the freezer (half a fats and one swip) and one swip for salad cream in the coleslaw.

Afters was an orange.

I made some sweet potato falafels for dinner.  They came out really soft but so nice.  There's three more portions of four in the freezer and what I had comes to around three swips for plain flour so I'm calling it four to be on the safe side.  A bit of oil was another two swips as I'd pretty much had my healthy fats.  Plus half a swip for couscous.

Healthy extras:  one fibre and one fats
Swips:  nine


B:  spiced apple waffles with yogurt and chia seeds

L:  kidney bean and carrot burger, salad

D:  lasagne or cannelloni, salad

Plus fruit
