Tuesday, 10-02-26

Evening, everyone. 

First thing this morning, I made another batch of Roy's cheesy white bean sauce that I use instead of a cheese sauce because it's nice and has pulses in it.

I've adapted it a bit so that it comes to half a calcium choice per my portion plus whatever oil I use at the beginning.  This time it was less than half a swip so let's call it half for safety's sake.


Not 100% healthy (bacon is not healthy!) but, with the fat cut off, it was SW friendly and kept me nice and full.
I enjoyed my chicken, cheese and chutney toastie for lunch, followed by an orange and an easy peeler.
One fibre and once calcium plus one swip.

I was out at a conference in the evening and they provided a very nice hot buffet.  I had salmon with one mini baked potato and some salads - no creamy dfressings.
No idea of SW numbers but it wasn't all that bad.



B:  fruit and yogurt

L:  falafel and roasted veg wrap or pitta, salad

D:  chicken penne arrabbiata, side salad

Exercise:  two today.  Online Groove in the morning and Personal Training in the afternoon
