I had this fruit for lunch. Swip free, two speeds. :-)
A sort of linguini turkey thing with home made buckwheat linguini, the same batch as the ravioli. It was nicer - maybe freezing improves it.
Anyway - I managed a third of what's in the bowl and I've divided the rest into two portions, one for the freezer and one for tomorrow's lunch.
Some of a calcium choice and some of a healthy fats. No swips.
Afters was a pear. I have a lot of pears to use up!

Hope you’re ok! Not feeling hungry is great sometimes but not if you’re not eating properly for several days, do look after yourself. Hope there's nothing worrying you which can affect appetite, and be careful with your exercise classes if you've not eaten much. All of the above said with best intent, obviously you know yourself! I'm sure I am OK, it's just one of those temporary things. xx
