Good evening, everyone.


To make these savoury waffles, I used my basic recipe:
and added one and a half level tbsp peanut butter powder for one and a half swips plus a bit of stock that I had left from making dinner.
Really tasty!

Half a fibre for the flour, a bit of healthy oil, one and a half swips for the PBP and one swip for some sauce on top of the roasted onion, tomato, pepper and mushrooms (good old air fryer).

I ended up making a sort of corned beef and onion hotpot for dinner.
I slices potato thinly, sliced a 200g tin of lean corned beef and softened some chopped onion.
I layered up onion, corned beef, potato a couple of times, poured over some stock I made from a cube, some miso [paste and some marmite and poured some over before baking it in the air fryer, adding cheese for the last five minutes or so. 
It made two portions.
I had some strawberries for afters.
Two and a half swips for the corned beef and one calcium choice per portion.

Summary:
Healthy extras:  one calcium, one fibre and some healthy oil
Five swips
