Tuesday, 14-04-26

Good evening, everyone.  I hope the day's been good for you.


I had a banana before Groove and an apple afterwards
I enjoyed this.  A pre-cooked and frozen jacket potato, reheated, with salad cream because you HAVE to have salad cream with potato and cheese,  two healthy extras-worth of grated cheddar and some chopped bacon with  tomatoes on the side.
Afters was grapes

Two calcium healthy extras.

Later on, I had an orange.


A very tasty dinner of the rest of the Thai green chicken curry with noodles and dahl.

The curry was seven swips (counting the curry paste and the coconut milk) plus a bit of a healthy oils choice.  The dahl was free and speed.

Summary:
Healthy extras:  two calcium choices and that's it.
Seven swips

L:  carrot and cumin burger with a mixed salad and coleslaw.

D:  loaded fajita chicken fries, salad

and fruit

Exercise:  Groove online.  No PT this week
