I enjoyed this. A pre-cooked and frozen jacket potato, reheated, with salad cream because you HAVE to have salad cream with potato and cheese, two healthy extras-worth of grated cheddar and some chopped bacon with tomatoes on the side.Afters was grapes
Two calcium healthy extras.
Later on, I had an orange.
The curry was seven swips (counting the curry paste and the coconut milk) plus a bit of a healthy oils choice. The dahl was free and speed.
