Breakfast was fruit.
Lunch was a cold meat salad.
Three swips for chutney, one and a half for salad cream in the coleslaw.
I realised I hadn't had any healthy fats so I had this avocado as a starter.
Dinner mains was orzotto (or pilafi) with chickpeas as the protein.
B: fruit and yogurt
L and D: it is going to be really hot tomorrow, they say, so I am sticking to salads.
