Monday, 13-07-26

Good evening, everyone!


Before circuits, I had scrambled egg and a bit of BBQ sauce - too little sauce to need to count.




After circuits, I was going to have fruit with yogurt and I decided to turn it into a smoothie.
On SW, you are supposed to swip cooked or blended fruit - I don't.



The butterbean hummus was delicious with a bit of evoo and balsamic vinegar.  And see the tomatoes - all from my garden at last.

Four and a half oil swips for the hummus and one fibre for the melba toast.

I was a bit hungry later so I have had three swips-worth of toast and marmite.

The butterbean burger was a bit of a failure in that it was sloppy when cooked but it was delicious.

One swip for salad cream.
Two oil swips for the potatoes but quite a lot of oil was left in the tray so I'm calling it one and a half oil swips.
One calcium and one swip for cheese in the coleslaw and the 'burger'.

Summary:
One each of healthy extras C, F and O/F
Five swips


B:  fruit and yogurt.

L:  butterbean hummus and crudités, egg salad
I found that the hummus wasn't filling enough so I'm adding an egg salad.

D:  chicken skewers, salad

and fruit

Groove and the walk there and back.
