and I had an apple and an orange afterwards, once I had cooled down.
I had planned an egg salad for my lunch main, forgetting that I would have already had two eggs, but remembered I had a bit of the SWK Mexican rice and beans so I had that instead with some salad and some of a pouch from M&S, spiced chickpea. rice and grain mix - a blend of spiced bulgur wheat, chickpeas, red rice and wild rice. It was very, very good and what I had was one swip.
Later on, I had an apple and some grapes.
These chicken skewers were delicious and underneath there is some more of the grain mix for another swip. Also half a swip for some salad dressing and two oil swips in the marinade.
Summary:
one healthy extra O/F - that's it!

B: scrambled egg before my early morning personal training and fruit afterwards
L: mini crustless quiche, salad
D: another SWK leftovers meal, ginger and pork stir fry and I might have some noodles with it.
