Wednesday, 15-07-26

Evening, everyone.


I just had fruit before and after Personal Training - no photos.

For lunch, I had planned crustless quiche but, instead if using my little quiche dish, I used those silicon cupcake cases and made want I call eggy bites instead, which are exactly the same recipe.

Four eggs made six so three today and three tomorrow.

Half a healthy extra C for cheese and half a swip for salad dressing


I found some rice noodles in the cupboard so cooked them to have with the ginger pork stir fry (a SWK dish from the freezer).  Tasty and filling.

Two oil swips.

I also had several pieces of fruit through the day.

Summary
Not great on the healthy extras today - half a C and a third of an O/F so I might have more cheese to nibble before bed.
Half a swip.


B:  fruit and yogurt

L:  eggy bites with fried tomato on toast (probably)

D:  chicken pasta, salad

and fruit
