I've got another SWK box arriving tomorrow so my planning for the weekend will reflect that. Knowing it is coming has helped me got back on track again so worth it for that but it will be the last one for a while now.
The last three eggy bites for lunch with a salad. One and a half swips for chutney, one swip for salad cream and half a swip for dressing plus the half a calcium for cheese.
I had other fruit between lunch and dinner, all free or speed.
This was supposed to be a pasta dish but I looked at what I had and decided to do a tray bake instead. Some of the tomatoes were from the garden and, boy, they don't half make a difference to the flavour!
I used one oil/fats for coating everything before baking and one and a half Cs and it made two portions. That's tomorrow's lunch sorted. I forgot to use the last of the pouch of grains and chickpeas for lunch so I added that for half a swip.
And later on, I had one and a half Cs worth of cheese to nibble.

D: turkey skewers with roasties and pear salad (which sounds rather good) - the first SWK meal with the second portion tomorrow.
