The SWK box was on my doorstep when I arrived home after SW group. I hadn't been planning to stray from the straight and narrow but this certainly helped my resolve.
I think I am going to revive Eat Your Swips (was Syns, of course) Friday where I allow myself to have more of the fifteen swips the plan allows. It helped before and should help again providing I use them for the good stuff, not ultra processed rubbish.
A very yummy breakfast. The toast is home made and was three swips and I used two oil swips to fry the tomatoes.
Lunch was leftovers from last night, chicken and veg traybake, some in a wrap/quesadilla thing and the rest on the side with a lovely big salad. It looks absolutely loads but it is largely vegetable apart from the wrap, chicken, cheese and a bit of dressing.
The first SWK meal - turkey skewers with roasties and pear salad. It was lovely and I am glad I have more for tomorrow.

Three oil swips, one C, three swips (more cheese) and one F

I added three oil swips to the mix because turkey can be very dry.
Afterwards I made a banana and mango ice - the kind when you use frozen banana and frozen mango and blend it all together with a bit of yogurt (and no, I don't swip blended fruit).
And now I am stuffed!
