Weigh day this morning and I lost two and a half pounds - THAT'S better!! Now to keep up the good work as I continue to settle into a two meals a day routine plus fruit. 😇
(I don't expect or want to lose that much each week, but it's been a bit slow recently)
Brunch - a very delicious bacon in a roll with some bbq sauce and a little salad on the side.One fibre for the roll, one swip for the bbq sauce and one and a half swips for some salad cream.
I didn't photos dinner - hm lasagne and I finished off the salad.
I didn't eat all the lasagne so that's for tomorrow.
And fruit
And plenty of steps!
