Thursday, 12-03-26

Evening, everyone.  Weigh day tomorrow and I'm a bit nervous - I wasn't particularly on plan last weekend!
We will see.

I had a banana at around 11:00.

Lunch was this salad bowl.
Two and a half swips for the rice mix.
Two swips for salad cream
One healthy fats for evoo, seeds and olives.
The rest was speed/free.
Afters was a couple of small blood oranges

Mid afternoon, I had another orange - they need using up.

Dinner was hm ravioli (one swip) with some melted philly light (two swips) and some roasted carrots and parsnips (half a healthy oil for olive oil for roasting).

Summary:
Healthy extras:  one calcium and one and a half oils - no fibre but what I have eaten today has been very fibre rich so no worries.
Seven and a half swips.

Br:  sweet waffles with fruit and yogurt
D:  fish and chips (maybe salmon)
Fruit
