Before circuits I had a banana and after circuits an apple
Very yummy carrot cake waffles with yogurt and fruit.Half a fibre choice.
In the afternoon, I had an orange and some easy peelers.
This was lovely - Thai green chicken curry with noodles.

Afters was an apple and a bit later I had a good nibble of cheese.
Seven swips for the curry (for half - I have the other half for tomorrow) plus half a healthy oil choice for sesame oil. The cheese was two calcium choices.
