Monday, 18-05-26

Evening, everyone.


An apple before Circuits and fruit and yogurt afterwards.
Two swips for maple syrup.
It felt chilly so I opened a pouch of French style lentils and use spome to stuff tomatoes that did need using up/  Half a swip for the lentils as the whole pouch was two swips.
I reheated a portion of imam bayildi and topped it with a bit of cheese.  Very nice.
Half a calcium and half a swip for dressing plus half an oil for the imam bayildi.

I went off track for dinner and I'm annoyed with myself now.  

I'm going to try to miss breakfast today except for something before Groove

L:  lentil salad; bagel with avocado and scrambled egg

D:  lentils and chick peas with roasted veg

And fruit

Exercise today is Groove but not the walk there and back because it's raining.
