Sunday, 28-06-26

Hey, everyone.  I was thinking of restarting on  Monday but I think I've got my head sorted now.

Here's a few photos of food over the last few days.









Breakfast:  nectarine, strawberries and blueberries (from the garden) with yogurt and mixed seeds.
One oil swip
This is the recipe I used for chicken and mango salad

and I followed it pretty much apart from not using coriander and not having spinach.
It was lovely.

Six oil swips and half a swip for a bit of honey in the dressing







Steak with mushroom sauce and spicy wedges.

Four swips for some lighter creme fraiche with the mushrooms and four oil swips.

Summary:
two oil healthy extras
four and a half swips
