Here's a few photos of food over the last few days.
Breakfast: nectarine, strawberries and blueberries (from the garden) with yogurt and mixed seeds.
and I followed it pretty much apart from not using coriander and not having spinach.
It was lovely.
Six oil swips and half a swip for a bit of honey in the dressing
Four swips for some lighter creme fraiche with the mushrooms and four oil swips.

Joy, if ever I'm stuck for inspiration I know I can always find something utterly delicious on your blog. My mouth is watering just looking at those delicious salads.
