Both my avocados had gone manky so I had a chick pea salad instead and toasted the thawed bread as croutons.
Two and a half swips for lighter Caesar dressing and one fibre for the bread.
Afters was an orange.
I planned TikTok pasta but ended up using some cooked Jersey royals instead. I diced them and spray roasted them. The rest was the usual - tomato, onion, a bit of red pepper, some evoo, some seasonings and some feta all baked together. and roughly mixed. Finally I added some chickpeas for a bit more protein before mixing in the potato.
After was some strawberries.
