Very nice.
For lunch, Wal provided a tomato and mozzarella salad and then cheese and crackers. Delicious but not SW friendly really. Too much C and too much F healthy extras but not to worry.
Dinner: The rest of the roasted veg, more of the white beans, some grated cheddar and a pitta to dip, spread on, etc.. Nicer than it looks!
L: I have some white beans left over so I might make some bean and carrot burgers or balls to have with salad.
D: eating out (again)
