I had scrambled egg before my early morning personal . training and, while it was hard to get down because I'm not used to eating so early, I did feel I had more energy.
Maybe I need to do that in the future.
I had an apple for breakfast.
This was lunch. The ham is all used now butt it has been a tasty addition this week.
Half a swip for salad cream and half for some dressing.
I had some grapes for afters and, later on, an orange.
Oh, this was so nice. The rest of the mega mushroom grains (two swips), some roasted red onion, pepper, baby corn, mushroom, courgette and tomato with evoo, some Just Spices Italian All Rounder and some garlic granules plus some white beans and some cheese.
One healthy extra O/F and one C.
Summary:

Four swips but I might have some yogurt for another swip.
B: fruit
L: out at Val's - she always makes something both delicious and healthy
D: I have the rest of the roasted veg and some white beans so I might so something similar.
