I roasted some sweet potato, onion, peppers and tomatoes to have in an omelette adding sauce and cheese and with mushrooms on the side.
Some of a healthy fats choice, two calciums and one swip for some sauce.
Eating out for dinner and plan to have chargrilled chicken, jacket potato and veg - five swips, says SW. I'll probably bring some of it home and I'm taking a container with me. :-)
At the moment I am having two meals a day rather than three.

ReplyDeleteFor now, yes, I think it is. I've been doing restricted eating (of a sort) for a while and maybe this is just the next step.
