Wednesday, 04-03-26

Hi, everyone.  It's earlier today because I am off out to the Harvester for dinner and won't be taking any photos.


I roasted some sweet potato, onion, peppers and tomatoes to have in an omelette adding sauce and cheese and with mushrooms on the side.
Some of a healthy fats choice, two calciums and one swip for some sauce.

Eating out for dinner and plan to have chargrilled chicken, jacket potato and veg - five swips, says SW.  I'll probably bring some of it home and I'm taking a container with me.  :-) 
At the moment I am having two meals a day rather than three.

Br:  savoury waffles with egg, mushroom and tomatoes 
D:  bangers and mash or jacket potato, veg on the side
And fruit

    1. For now, yes, I think it is. I've been doing restricted eating (of a sort) for a while and maybe this is just the next step.
      It will change, it's bound to, but for now it suits me. Thanks Sooze. xx
